How much does it cost?
Recurring cleans are a flat price per visit based on your home's size, condition and how often we come, so weekly works out cheapest per visit. One-time cleans, deep cleans and move-in or move-out cleans are hourly for a two-person team, and you can cap the hours at whatever fits your budget. Fill in the form and we'll give you your price the same day, no visit needed.
You're a new company. Why should I trust you with my house?
Fair question. Every cleaner is background-checked, trained in-house, and covered by our liability insurance and bond. We're also putting it in writing: a free re-clean if anything's off, no contract, and your recurring rate locked for 12 months if you're one of our first 100 homes. We'd rather earn the reviews than fake them.
What is the founding customer offer?
The first 100 Oakville homes that start a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly plan get their rate locked for 12 months. There's no contract, and you can pause or cancel any time.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave us a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. You'll get a text when the team arrives and when they leave. If you'd rather be home for the first visit, that's completely fine.
Are your cleaning products really safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Green, biodegradable products are our standard on every visit, with no bleach, ammonia or synthetic fragrance, and we bring everything including HEPA vacuums and colour-coded microfibre. If you want us to use a specific product of yours, or need a stronger disinfectant for a sick household, just say so and we'll bring it for that visit.
How fast can you do a one-time clean?
Usually within 3 to 5 days, often sooner. When the team arrives you can walk them through the house and hand over your priorities, and if you've booked a set number of hours they'll work the list in that order and stop on time.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. They're background-checked, trained in-house, paid properly, and covered by our WSIB, liability insurance and bond. That's why the same team can come back every visit.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Let us know by the next business day and we'll send the team back to re-clean the area at no charge. We'd rather fix it than lose you.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no fee. There's no contract, so you can pause for holidays or cancel any time.
