About MaidStar Cleaning
A new, family-owned house cleaning company that works in one town only: Oakville.
Who we are
MaidStar Cleaning opened in Oakville in 2026. We are independent and family-owned, so the people who answer your message are the same people responsible for your clean.
We set out to be as professional as the big chains without the call centre. That means trained, vetted employees, a checklist that does not change from visit to visit, green products as standard, and a real person to talk to when you have a question.
We only clean in Oakville, and we are new. We have not been around long enough to have a wall of reviews, and we will not invent them. We would rather earn yours.
What we stand for
Show up.
On the day we said, at the time we said. If anything changes, you hear from us first.
Mind the corners.
Baseboards, vents, behind the door. The parts nobody checks are how you can tell who cleaned.
Say it straight.
Clear prices, no surprises on the bill, and if we miss something we own it and come back.
It's someone's home.
We treat your space, your things and your privacy the way we would want ours treated.
Who comes to your home
Every MaidStar cleaner is an employee, not a contractor. They are background-checked, trained in-house, and covered by our WSIB, liability insurance and bond. Teams work in pairs and arrive with everything they need.
We are hiring as we grow. If you know someone who takes pride in their work, send them to our careers page.
Our promise to our first 100 homes
- Your recurring rate is locked for 12 months. What we quote is what you pay.
- A free re-clean. Tell us by the next business day and we come back.
- No contracts. Skip, pause or cancel with 48 hours' notice.
- A real person. Your questions are answered by someone who knows your home.
