Team Member
You clean homes in a two-person team following our 32-point checklist. No experience needed, we train you. Reliable, friendly, takes pride in a job done properly.
Team Lead
You run one of our teams: drive the MaidStar car, do the walk-through with the client, check the work before you leave. Previous cleaning experience and a valid G licence required.
Office & scheduling
Part-time to start. You answer calls and texts, book estimates, build the daily schedule and keep the CRM current. Organised, warm on the phone, comfortable with simple software.

Do I need cleaning experience?
Not for Team Member roles. We train you on our checklist and products. Team Leads need at least a year of professional cleaning experience.
How is pay calculated?
You earn a share of every job your team completes, so a full day of good work pays well. We go through the exact numbers on the call. Pay runs through proper payroll with CPP, EI and tax handled.
Do I need a car?
Team Leads need a valid G licence; the team drives a MaidStar car. Team Members are picked up at a meeting point in Oakville each morning.
Do I work alone?
No. Always in a team of two, with the same partner.
Are the products safe?
Yes. Green and scent-free. We provide gloves and all equipment.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. We have three-day-a-week spots for Team Members, and the office role starts part-time.
Do you check references and backgrounds?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a criminal record check before entering a client's home. We tell our clients this, and it protects you too.
